Doesn't this character have a special end boss with it's own cutscene? You need to bring the head trinket you get from defeating Isaac with this character to the ???? Fight and then bring blue baby's head to the chest when it dies

The character does have its own ending. And yes you need to kill both isaac and blue baby and keep their drops. That will teleport you to dark room where the final fight will take place

try doing the secret samael ending by getting the polaroid, killing isaac and holding onto isaac's head, then when you kill ??? pick up fate's reward and go into the chest and you will see the rest.

Hey hutts i know this may sound weird but i had a dream where you had to stay near a dip at all times to survive if your out of range of the dip you will get poison and take damage if u have no dip you can lose in these conditions to do this your gonna need dingle berry now it may sound easy but the dips take damage over time so u must keep being fast i would make it a challenge but uh im not that good at making

So... I've had this idea for a little while now, is it possible to customise a Slay the Spire run to start off with "Exhume" and "Sacrificial dagger", and replace the starting relic with Twisted Spoon, or whatever the name is for the relic that gives you a 50% chance to just discard exhausted cards. Start with any character of choice, do whatever, go nuts, have fun with it. Maybe even add Dead branch, if you like, but that might be too much XD
