It was one woman who was murdered, not two. She messaged her friend shortly before she died to tell her that he had driven her out to some empty field, and it was obvious she was feeling apprehensive about his motives. He shot her in the head, buried her, then went back home and tried to play the part of the frightened boyfriend. Thankfully, the police were suspicious of him from the start. They found her body about a week later. She was 4-months pregnant.

Caitlin Rich From what I can find on google, there actually WAS a murder. She was a teacher and was few months pregnant and her boyfriend killed her and buried her in the Damascus area. The guy was sentenced 30 years in prison for first degree murder and tampering with physical evidence. Maybe this is a different case, but it is the only thing I can find when I look up the asylum paired with the date

@@MonikaLala one girl did die he stabbed her numerous times the other one got away I had to do some serious researching to make sure I got the info correct the helicopter saw the escaped prisoner dragging her body with the search lights bloody scary and feel so bad for that young girl that lost her life I checked all the info online was bit hard because there was another lady that was killed by her boyfriend and she was pregnant but it was on a different date and not near the Asylum

There were two girls screaming, not one. the second one is faint and I'm pretty sure she's the one that died since, if stabbed, it would be hard to breath let alone scream so it would be weak. But the other girl was screaming at her friend being stabbed. Then apparently the girl that wasn't killed was kidnapped but managed to get away. So wrong murder.

I can't imagine what it's like to be in that situation. They were the last ones to see these girls before the murder. They were close to a real killer. They heard the screams as they fled. I would be traumatized to this day.
