Ok here’s my theory about the guide. So we all know that the man behind the scheme of the cancer cure, was known as “ the purple man”. The tour guide was wearing purple. He was also smiling a lot, and knew quite a lot about all the ghost almost on a personal level. He immediately knew what was being drawn. He had many experiences with paranormal activity. He also talked in a very old fashioned way. I believe he is the purple man in a new body.
