You know what I wish they'd invent as a novelty souvenir that actually has practical application: a front door bell chime that plays the little melody from a Tokyo train station of your choice! I can't tell you how excited I would be to test them out in the store and buy the one that had the most powerfully Pavlovian affect on me. Nostalgia and joy every time I get a delivery package! I can picture myself so viscerally back in Tokyo whenever I hear the tinkly train station chimes! Whyyyyyy haven't they made these?! Is it just me and my husband that are odd in this way and yearn for train station chime door bells to be conceived and manufactured? Haha.
Honestly, Tokyo rain is such a vibe. Everything just looks so nice

The next place I'd love to go (introduced to me so beautifully by this channel too) is Chiang Mai. Their video of them eating their dinner right next to the wild elephants was so stunning. Beautiful hotels, really cool design-led artisanal coffee shops and great retro vintage style Thai diners to get simple cheap (and probably delicious) authentic food. I'm already researching Thailand and Singapore as my next far East Asian destinations, ha. Such a great channel.

Omg, I ate so many of those Ohayo Brulee ice creams when I was in Japan. I offer two tips: #1. Let it get a bit melty before eating so the ice cream is more like a brulee consistency. #2. Buy two because a single serving is too small. 😊
