I’m 71 years of age and I’ve been walking a spiritual path since the age of 25. With the health problems I’ve had I don’t think I’ll live to a ripe old age so, I asked my Higher Power to immerse me. I want to leave here immersed in God. That is when I came across Samaneri Jayasara’s videos. My prayers have been answered. To listen to these is immersion into your God Self. This is the closest I’ve been to God and I feel I’ve been given a gift. Thank you. I am forever grateful. Love to all.

Can I listen to this while I am about to sleep. Can't meditate for an hour yet.
@nigelconsiglio2546 Жыл бұрын
Of course! Our meditation is to understand who we are already, what we've always been, and that which you are now. Don't worry about meditation, just rest into your natural state, just as you are. What you essentially are is perfect already. And there's a lovely, and true, expression, "meditation is what we are, not what we do". Much peace (Isn't this recording above wonderful too)
@Omar-si9gb Жыл бұрын
@@nigelconsiglio2546 Thank you so much for this. Meditation is wht we are, not what we do. Actually, one can be meditative in so many states across all functions. Thank you for reminding me of this.

If I could make one suggestion. As I also have not reached the ability to meditate for an hr yet. A useful tool could be to use this for meditation however often you'd like and each time try and go a tiny bit further into it. I have found this technique useful in my workouts. I don't do a certain amount of reps. I don't each exercise for 1 min. Progress is measured by each week being able to do more reps within each minute . Little steps.
@Omar-si9gb Жыл бұрын
@@battlecore501 That's a solid advice too. I definitely will want to get to an hr and more, baby steps is needed for sure. The goal is to keep chipping away at it.
