What does that mean..."confusion is freed by itself" @ 10:40 thanks very much.
@SamaneriJayasara2 жыл бұрын
@@peterlanges3944 Hi Peter, this is pointing to the inherent self-liberating wisdom within us that allows things to be released and freed by themself. Any negative emotions, mind states, thoughts can be naturally liberated when we allow ourselves to open and see with clear insight. It is the very act of insight wisdom that allows these things to unravel and release. We can let go of the belief that we have to do something and just relax into open Awareness and wisdom. This is inherent within us - we simply have to recognise it, attune to it, and allow it to go to work. Hope this helps. 💜

Wow. I so appreciates when it’s simple. A friend said: “The higher the truth the simpler it is.” Einstein reportedly said: “if it’s not simple you don’t understand it enough“

Thank you for this 🙏. The more Tibetan Buddhist dharma I read, especially books written within the past sixty or so years, my love and appreciation for Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche grow. He was a / the key teacher for so many important teachers and lineage holders who have either recently passed or are living and teaching today. How fortunate are we to have secured a human life in a time when we can still readily read and hear his teachings and commentaries and study and practice the dharma with some of his best students. 🙏❤️ He was truly a realized master, a mahasiddha.

The tempo is which you read is perfect. I try to listen to other's teachings, but they're to fast in their talking. Mind grasps what you are saying, then mind let's go and Absolute becomes clearer. 🌹❣️🌹

Dear Jayasara, Thank you. I have heard many different voices during forty years of listening and yours was a special recording. As if the Universe itself opened up her loving arms and take me in, like a mother holds the child. I saw the awareness as mother - calm, waiting, always there. I saw the mind like a child, attaching, then avoiding, then attaching again, to create the cycles of Samsara. I needed to hear you tonight. May all sentient beings everywhere be happy, free from suffering, live with joy and remain equanimous. Thank you, sister ❤

That succintly covers the essential basis, path and fruition of Dzogchen as well as words can point to it. If you make this one, short reading a daily meditation, it will potentially, (according to your karma and good fortune) lead to a realization. That just comes as my humble suggestion from many years of study and practice. It is the epitome of the overall teachings and a representation of the wish fulfilling jewel. Start here and then, if you like, work your way back via the lessor laddered teachings to see how they echo, reflect and verify this. Dzogchen is primary and everything else is secondary, in that case.

So clear, simple and yet so profound. While listening, I immediately realised the „oneness-in-core“with the teachings of Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi (and many other traditions), which have been pulling me for quite some time now. And if this little revelation was not enough, this Dzogchen jewel was followed the next day by another jewel - Nan Yar (Who Am I?) by Sri Ramana. How blessed I must consider myself? A deep & heartfelt „Thank you“ for your immense & precious work, dear Jayasara. May you be blessed by the One, divine grace. 🙏🏻

A perfect gift !!! Awareness speaking to awareness. So many are moving into this view together, this sincere investigation of awareness, simply and deeply, coming to rest in our true given nature. This is a beautifully shared invitation to rely on our inherent beingness. For more, some may find 'Primordial Purity' Oral instructions on the Three Words That Strike the Vital Point by Dilgo Khyentse illuminating. Thank you Samaneri Jayasara

Take the filters out one by one and you will realize it’s all you. The host,the guest, the subject the object the all. Your senses inclusive of thoughts create the illusion with the soul as the director. To realize the real you one has to kill the fake you or your ego which is the very creation and the main character in this illusory movie called life.
