Hi Samaneri Jayasāra and Ayya Jitindriyā. Thank you for doing these live, guided sessions, and for taking the time to do Q&A afterward. I find some of the questions and answers to be helpful, and I really appreciate the thoughtful responses to my own questions. You two have truly made a difference in my life, and I wish I had the talent with words to show the sincerity of that statement.

A current personal observation is how the waking time is feeling more and more dream like. So many Teachers point to viewing the personal life in this way. i finally see how this is able to be viewed in this way as the "waking" dream. It is growing more and more that way. Actual sleep holds very few dreams (for me) while the wake time seems to hold them all. Its rather funny sometimes. Disjointed. Have a nice holiday break, Friends.

Thank you for this wisdom! I aspire to be 'unflappable', and meditation seems to help. As does the spiritual study and practice of Dhamma..it's important to know that people of strength exist and to see this strength starting inside myself.❤

Just now joining you 🙂 Very sorry to hear of your account issue. I myself got removed from a group with no explanation and went through considerable mixed emotions. Even when we have the best intentions calamity still comes calling, which for me was a huge challenge to adjust to, so you have my sympathies. It would be such a loss to not have you and this channel, and I truly hope you are creating your own library of these treasures you've been working so hard to offer us! We are extremely fortunate to have your presence and guidance dear Jayasãra 🙏

The point touching on sadness, I found the Vimalakīrti Nirdeśa Sūtra extremely helpful with my understanding of feelings, illness, & reality itself. I haven’t finished the reading yet, as I tend to go back & reread often. Would you please do a reading of it for the new year? Thank you for everything you share. 💛 🙏🏼✨🌞🌊🌈🌌🌝

Oh so sad I missed the live. For once it was at a better hour for me here in Belgium instead of midnight...and I missed it 🙈 Happe Newyear for both of you! 🙏🪷💜

KZbin removed my channel a couple of months ago. One hour after the initial email explaining about the removal I received a second email saying that the channel would be restored and apologized for the inconvenience. I was surprised to see how very stressed I became over this. My channel isn't monetized but I guess my identity and work has become strongly intertwined with it. Thank you for sharing your Spotify experience, they are good teachers after all..🤔

Hello, this is Phill from the UK. Why is impermanence necessary? Thank you.
@SamaneriJayasara15 күн бұрын
It's neither necessary or not necessary. It's simply the way things are; the reality of this phenomenal world.

@@SamaneriJayasara Thank you for the kind response. Unknowing feels right & reassuring but the source of the question persists within, so I guess something remains unsatisfied & needs Seeing. I know the Oneness of God but what underlies? If I just accept without Seeing for myself I fear that risks moving from experiential wisdom to mere belief. Perhaps there’s a video recommendation you could link? 🙏🏻

@@Always-There I'm not sure I understand where you are coming from. Impermanence, uncertainty, change can be known - directly, presently, deeply, in the here and now when we look clearly and have the direct experience. There is nothing really to be believed (or left as mere belief) if one turns one's mind to it. Although it is a non-conceptual realisation, it is not a mysterious unknown. If you are grappling with That which lies beyond the known, then that is another, deeper level of inquiry and investigation entirely, and not something the conceptual mind can answer for you at any level really. That is why the Buddha generally kept quiet about it. It can only be realised in the depth of silence.
