Hey sam! Im a medical aesthetician! So yes retinol is super strong but I recommend using one from a medical grade brand if you want to see results! If you have an aesthetician im sure they can recommend a great one for you. Start using it once a week for about a month and then you can slowly start to use it every other day! Use only at night and make sure to wear SPF every single day as it makes you way more sensitive to the sun!💗 Hope this helps :)

Girly this is so silly but how did you learn how to swallow pills! I am 25 and still can’t. It is such a mental hurdle..people really don’t understand how difficult it is.

Start with something like skittles so if you don’t swallow it doesn’t taste gross. Don’t over do the water either, just use a little bit. And push the tablet to sit over your bottom molars it’s easier to swallow that way. ☺️
