Samarth Nagarkar performs a Ganapati folk bhajan, Puja Mhaari Manachhe, in Saurastra Maand. This bhajan was adapted by Guru Pt. Dinkar Kaikini from a traditional folk song sung by the street singers of Saurastra .
Saurastra is a region bordering the Indian states of Gujarat and Rajasthan. Maand is a traditional folk style of singing from Rajasthan and surround regions.
This performance was for Basant Bahar in the San Francisco Bay Area in June 2022.
