सिर्फ देशी गाय के दूध में बहुत कैल्शियम पाया जाता है, सबसे कमी यह है कि भारत में देशी गाय ही बहुत कम है जगह पर है, इसलिए कैल्शियम कमी हर इंसान के अंदर पाई जाती है, बाजार में दूध विदेशी गाय का मिलता है

ask this question on my behalf 🙏😃 Sir I have a question ❓🤔 हमारे देश में शुरू से दूध पीने को कहा गया है। श्री कृष्णा तो 7 लाख गाय पालते थे राजीव दीक्षित जी ने भी कहा था।........ की दूध हमे पीना चाहिए, दूध में calcium hai Aur लोग तो दूध शुरू से पीते आ रहे है जब से हमारी संस्कृति है तब से । तो तब हमे कोई problem नहीं था तो अब कैसे ये problem ho Gaya। राजीव दीक्षित जी ने कभी मना क्यों नहीं किया। दूध पीने से ।।। क्या वो नही जानते थे दूध पीने से नुकसान होता है।।। मैने तो उनके एक वीडियो में देखा है की वो दूध पी रहे थे। जब वो व्याख्यान देने के बाद किसी के घर जा रहे थे। Please 🥺 hame इसका जवाब दें।❓🤔🙏

आपकी बहुत सी बातें सही है लेकिन जहाँ तक दूध की बात है तो आप एक किलो दूध कि तुलना एक किलों तील व रागी से कर रहे है तो वह तर्क संगत नही है क्यों कि कोई भी व्यक्ति एक किलों तील या रागी तो दूर हर दिन 200 ग्राम भी ये दोंनो चीजे नही खा सकता ,हा आधा से एक किलों दूध जरूर पी सकता है। जय हिंद जय भारत।

लेकिन भाई साहब आप ये भी तो देखिए न कि एक किलो दूध और एक किलो तिल में कैल्सियम की मौजूदगी में बहुत बड़ा, करीब दस गुना का अंतर है। अर्थात् यदि आप 100 ग्राम तिल खाएंगे तो वह एक किलो दूध के बराबर है। एक किलो दूध प्रतिदिन पीना भी कोई आसान बात नहीं है। फिर दूध पीने का आपका शौक है तो आप पिएं। परन्तु जो काम केवल तिल का एक लड्डू खाने से हो सकता है तो फिर क्या समस्या है? 🙏

@@himanshuraj88 every species makes milk only for his young one. Milk is not natural to us. Nor is it needed. My son is now 18+ I never forced milk on him. Because all u can get from milk you get from greens . In the olden days the use of antibiotics and hormones was not so prevalent even urea. They were not healthy because of milk but because of purity in every food. Plants had more nutritional value. The GMO foods were not there. Milk protien casein is the biggest known carcinogen to Mankind. We had Cancer back then too ? Rehman ? Simple Kapadia..Raj Kumar... Infact prostate cancer and Brest cancer and colorectal cancer is closely related to Dairy. Then and even now.

Every year my mom makes sesame laddoo, chikki, Khullar, and panjiri during festivals that fall in winters' like Ganesh chaturthi, Makkar sakranti, and Lohri. I think it's common practice among all Indians, but I got the reason today must say our ancestors were ahead of their times. I was eating laddo and coincidently saw and click on this video😎 Happy Makkar sakranti, Pongal and happy Lohri everyone 🌞

Thank you! I am so happy because I already take til, kajoor, chaar maghaz, naariyal ;, khashkhash, kishmish (1 small teaspoon full each ) and 7 badaam. I soak them over night or at least 4 to 5 hours. I blend them with water and drink it 3 times a week. Sometimes I put chia seed in with it, when I soak all in water. I am so glad I am taking til in some form,

Today I knew that Chunna is a good source of calcium but from where I will get it. Is it same that using in Pan or different. Sir I have a question ❓🤔 हमारे देश में शुरू से दूध पीने को कहा गया है। श्री कृष्णा तो 7 लाख गाय पालते थे राजीव दीक्षित जी ने भी कहा था।........ की दूध हमे पीना चाहिए, दूध में calcium hai Aur लोग तो दूध शुरू से पीते आ रहे है जब से हमारी संस्कृति है तब से । तो तब हमे कोई problem नहीं था तो अब कैसे ये problem ho Gaya। राजीव दीक्षित जी ने कभी मना क्यों नहीं किया। दूध पीने से ।।। क्या वो नही जानते थे दूध पीने से नुकसान होता है।।। मैने तो उनके एक वीडियो में देखा है की वो दूध पी रहे थे। जब वो व्याख्यान देने के बाद किसी के घर जा रहे थे। Please 🥺 hame इसका जवाब दें।❓🤔🙏

दूध पीने से कोई नुक्सान नहीं है लेकिंग इसके कुछ नियम हैं. 1. गाय देसी होनी चाहिए. 2. दूध पीने वाला व्यक्ति शारीरिक मेहनत करने वाला होना चाहिए.

देशी गाय हो या भैस हो या बकरी हो । दुध दुध होता है। लेकिन गाय ,भैस,या बकरी को पहाडी पर चलकर चारा खाना होगा । 24घंटे एकही जगह पर खडे रहकर केमिकल वाला चारा खाएगा तो दुध भी केमिकल वाला होगा। लेकिन देशी गाय के दुध मे जहर या केमिकल नही होता. अगर गाय पहाड या जंगल मे चारा खाकर आये तो बहुतही बडिया. हरे कृष्ण।

30-40 gm till ladoo once a week will give us 0.4 gm of calcium per week (since you said 1kg till = 10 gm calcium). In contrast milk has 0.9 gm per litre. Anybody can drink at least 500ml milk per day. So they get 0.45gm of calcium per day. I am not saying that milk is better, but-- your maths is incorrect!!

He is lying to get views. One would need 100g sesame seeds per day to get 1g calcium. Not 30 g per week. Also bioavailability of calcium in sesame is not the same as in milk. A lot of Calcium in sesame is in calcium oxalate form which does not convert to calcium in the body. So one would actually have to eat probably 200 g sesame seeds everyday to replace milk. Who is going to eat that much sesame everyday?

Dear Stanley there is no dearth of protien in vegan or vegetarian diet. It's in fruits it's in vegetables in whole grains. U can't get protien deficiency while eating a wide variety of whole plant foods. Simple Incase you need more explanation call me or check the same on my channel. Protien segment. Yes it's abundantly in legumes and lentils. It's impossible to get protein deficiency.

Milk protien casein is the biggest known carcinogen to Mankind. Milk is linked to prostate cancer and colorectal cancer. There is so much science there. There is zero need to drink milk..except if u don't drink Dairy use a b12 supplement / iodized salt. Problem is you have a fixation with Milk. Be flexible to change. Yes cultures can be wrong. Don't assume just because our grandparents lived longer than us. They didn't have health issues. Why will the cow 🐮🐄 make milk for you instead of the young calf? It's not under any obligation to do so ?? It's not your property . It's not your slave ??? God didn't create animals to serve you. They have obligation only towards its young calf.
