As a Kannadiga, we eat Ragi mudde and horsegram curry and black chana curry and amaranth leaves curry/stir-fry as staple food 😂😂 also til is used in little quantities in til laddu and we obviously eat paan, in fact our state is top producer of arecanut. Rajma isn’t popular here yet, but I have fallen in love with it and I make rajma often. And traditionally we have cooked tamarind based curries in soapstone cookware, very rich in calcium before they were discarded by people for being too heavy and switching to Aluminum. South Indian native cattle are mostly draught variety and low milk yielders, Feeling Massive respect to my ancestors for formulating such an awesome staple diet.

My mom had crazy pain in her legs due to calcium deficiency. Then she started consuming sesame.. 1 tsp at night, raw by chewing, and then 1 cup warm milk.. After 1 week her pain starts decreasing and now she rarely have pain.. Sesame is a great source of calcium.. People with other health issues can also take it without any worry

Thanks a lot for another wonderful video from you, Fittuber .. I'm finding taking chuna for calcium defeciency as the easiest way for me. So, I understand I need to take 1 pinch mixed with curd every morning. Can you please reply with how long should I take it so that it doesn't result in any harm to my body? I also add ragi atta to my wheat flour (2 kg wheat flour + 500 gms ragi flour) .. this is my regular flour for cooking chapatis everyday. Should I still take 1 pinch chuna everyday for calcium? Cracking joint is my issue. And I noticed it when I was in high school. Now I am 30 and still have the cracking sound . Vivek I want to ask you that all the products that you suggest (not in this video) are either very costly or they have bad reviews on amazon etc. Please update the same info with new products as well so that average middle class can also buy them. Milk obsession was done in usa to keep the farmers occupied also promoting addition of cheese in everything encompassing the junk food industry there, it was quickly followed by developing asian countries like India etc for the sake of farmers and their employability, we don't need to have milk so much as dictated, it's not supposed to be in our tea like the British sinful indulgence. Skim milk does give you calcium but doesnt help people with fatty liver, it's like back calculating ki yes I need electricity but to reduce the bill i need to cut back on electricity concept

B12 in reality needs helpful-bacteria and not meat, just soak leftover rice in water at night, morning add some curd to it and very little pickle and eat This has 3 fermented foods mixed and it might help you
