I remember playing Samba De Amigo on the Wii like crazy when I was a kid. (Wish I played the Dreamcast version.) Man it’s shocking that they actually made another game for this series. It’s honestly Surreal seeing the character make different facial expressions. I usually only see them with their main expressions and stuff so it’s nice to see them showing off more emotions.

i hate that this cool story mode is locked behind the apple arcade version.... switch got BREADCRUMBS in comparison with streamigo. I WOULD HAVE ATE THIS UP

I am shocked this isn’t in the non-mobile release. I tried looking up switch gameplay to see if the story mode had more fleshed out interactions other than the text chat in between stages, but it turns out this isn’t a downgraded version of the story mode. It IS the story mode.

Unlikely. The entire world has been turned into X except the player character is a super common story trope in gaming. SEGA goes back to the well on this one all the time, especially in Sonic games.

Sometimes I wish Sega would do a Samba De Amigo anime. They can keep it 3D if they want or have it 2D with a CGI effects. It can just have 1 season, and I would be satisfied or even make into shorts 🐒👯

Too bad that I can’t play Samba de Amigo: Party-To-Go on my phone or iPad because it’s a Apple Arcade and the fact that I need to bring my Nintendo Switch Lite to see if I have enough money to buy it that is downstairs or somewhere around the house. Wish I could of get it without the Use of Apple Arcade like you can do with Sonic Dash, Sonic Forces: Racing Battle, Sonic 1, 2, & Sonic CD.

Honestly, it’s a little bit more than that these are just the animated cut scenes… you will likely need to play the story mode itself to really fully understand what’s going on. They have like text dialogue that explains the whole story.

I would say that he is a lost brother, I seem to remember that a bird took Yamigo when he was a baby. But as far as I know it isn't confirmed that they are brothers
