Sambar is a famous and popular south Indian recipe. In this recipe, we shared mixed vegetable sambar with authentic sambar powder. The recipe will turn as tasty as hotels and weddings.
For the best and tasty sambar requires a few ingredients and roast on low flame and pond to a fine powder. I shared the perfect sambar podi recipe in this video.
Sambars can be made in different styles. I made mix veg sambar. I made Bendakaya sambar as well. Do check for the recipe.
In sambar adding a small amount of jaggery enhances the taste and balances the flavours. It's purely optional. You can skip accordingly.
