Hip and shoulder throws are great. They even work on the street. Btw. your dummy seems to be fairly light. Mine weights about 35 kg. What do you think is better? A light dummy or a heavy one?

A lot of coaches say a lighter one, easier to get in more reps with good form.

Depends on what goals? Better, of course, to work out on a sparring partner

@@IvanVasylchuk_silapartera I don't have a sparring partner. At least not one in my weight class (heavy weight). My goal is to work on technique while developing the needed muscles. But right now I think about buying a lighter dummy.
