Punches, kicks, elbows, knees, headbutts allowed. All sorts of throws, takedowns, holds, submissions allowed. Headgear, 4 oz gloves, shin pads weared to prevent any bad injuries espacially brain damage. I really can’t name a better and more complete martial art.

I agree but I headgear doesn't really prevent brain damage that much. It mostly prevents cuts but your head/brain still bounces when you get hit. You also get hit more wearing a headgear since you can't slip as good as without headgear. Sambo is still great and with combat sports brain damage is almost guaranteed. ofc some people might not suffer as much as others.
