I visited Florida a few weeks back, and I actually ran into Sam at a Panera Bread. I asked for his autograph, and he promptly put me in a headlock and brutally delivered blow after blow perfectly to the center of my face. This continued for a total of 1 minute and 57 seconds, after which he released me, where I was rushed to the hospital. I just got out and have fully recovered from the physical and mental trauma. Keep up the great work Sam!

Looking at the question, there is no mention that the Anderson couple adopted the 6 boys or they are biologically related. This also means that there is a possibility that none of the boys are biological brothers to each other. But each boy has one sister, as stated, so there is a possibility that the Andersons have adopted 1 to 6 sisters. One can argue that the 6 boys are biologically related, and while I will normally say that's true, in this case, the question states "in the family." There may be multiple ways of describing a family, some of which is a family through blood or through love. Logic applied, the scenario above fits the case. This takes our range of answers from 9 (possiblely family by blood) to 14 (family by love), and Sam is technically correct when he said that there are 14 people in the family.

But this means we'll need to include the children of these adopted people as well as any husbands and/or wives to make it fair for them too. We'll also need to include cousins, nephews and/or nieces. Again, a family can be described in many ways. What I was looking at, and also the riddle, is a nuclear family, for those who don't know, it consists of only parents and children (biological and adopted alike). What u looked at was an extended family, anyone outside a nuclear family. While we get a limited number for a nuclear family, we might reach up to, or even beyond, a million people in the extended family, given we can include removed family members. I only looked on Google for this, so this response may be a bit off with the way I answered
