Seems like Anhur and tsuki match up falls to a few simple variables. First of all, pillar placement is very important, blocking autos and providing protection. Don't be afraid to use your abilities. Sam said "if I land a stun, it's over for him." Very rare did anhur attempt to use his 3 to counter Sam's 2. Also, anhur didn't seem to ult too frequently. Even though Sam ulted a dead blue buff, he still is confident in trying to steal blue.
