In my opinion smite 2 is just a money grab. Skins won't carry over you have to re purchase gods, it's lame.

You opinion is ill informed then. Its a completely different engine which allows them to do a lot more. Its also a different game so losing your cosmetics you bought 7 years ago is expected. They didnt take advantage of you they moved on. Before all this live service garbage the industry started doing every single video game ever was extremely temporary
