He is not. He is incorrect and makes a major error when he states the Prophet (pbuh) made mistakes/sinned. This is wholly incorrect. The Prophet (pbuh) as with all other prophets are infallible i.e. their nature is such that they cannot make mistakes/sin. This is the aqida of ahlus sunnah. Let's see what the Salaf say bout this matter: Qadi `Iyad in al-Shifa’ said that the Jumhur of the Jurists from the schools of Malik, al-Shafi`i, and Abu Hanifa agree that the Prophets are protected from all minor sins because one is required to follow them in the minutest matters. It is even reported by Malik that this is obligatory to believe. Abu Ishaq al-Isfarayini’s (d. 418) position was that no sin great or small issues from Prophets, whether deliberately or by mistake, and this is also our position.” (Taj al-Din al-Subki Tabaqat al-Shafi`iyya al-Wusta as cited in the Kubra (4:260)). Imam al-Zarqani said in his monumental commentary on al-Qastallani’s al-Mawahib al-Laduniyya (5:361) [Al-Qastallani’s original text is in parentheses):

What he said about mistakes n sins are correct but prophets are maksum. What ever mistakes they make are forgiven n are lessons for people. Adam sinned when he ate the forbidden fruit but he repented n Allah forgaved him. It was a lesson not to follow Satan. Prophet Muhammad SAW sinned when he swore/made an oath to make it haram for him to take honey after it caused disharmony among his wives. Allah reminded him never to make haram what Allah has made halal. Allah ordered him to absolve himself from the swear/oath. Quran At Tahrim 1-2. Prophet Muhammad SAW said every sons of Adam commits sin, the best of those who commit sins are those who repent...Sunan Ibn Majah 4251

But he could made some unintentional mistakes as a human being. On the other hand, Quran was revealed on Mohammad (pbuh). So there is nothing detail about Isa (pbuh) except his birth detail and his preachings. And there is nothing about any sin of Muhammad (pnuh) in Quran also. Allah said that Muhammad,s (pbuh) past and future mistakes/sins were forgiven as Allah did for all prophets. So at the end, all prophets were sinless.
