That's what he does , ignored the explanation and just repeats his sound bite . For eg he keeps in saying the auruf is lost ..the ahruf is not understood and scholars have various opinions on what it actually is but they all know it was a way of reading as explained by the prophet pbuh. It does not mean we have lost the Qur'an it just means there was a way of reading that we don't know of today . here is the Hadith I think you was talking about near the end, Sahih Muslim 1691a Book 29, Hadith 21 Verily Allah sent Muhammad (ﷺ) with truth and He sent down the Book upon him, and the verse of stoning was included in what was sent down to him. We recited it, retained it in our memory and understood it. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) awarded the punishment of stoning to death (to the married adulterer and adulteress) and, after him, we also awarded the punishment of stoning, I am afraid that with the lapse of time, the people (may forget it) and may say: We do not find the punishment of stoning in the Book of Allah, and thus go astray by abandoning this duty prescribed by Allah. Stoning is a duty laid down in Allah's Book for married men and women who commit adultery when proof is established, or it there is pregnancy, or a confession.

I think you don’t understand what is abrogation. There are 3 types of abrogation in Islam: 1- abrogation of recitation and ruling 2- abrogation of recitation only but ruling still remains 3- abrogation of ruling but recitation remains In the case of stoning it was abrogated by recitation but ruling still remains. It’s mentioned in Hadiths anyways but God sent a verse in the Quran then he abrogated the recitation of it.

However, they’re warning people that deviants may say there’s no stoning verse so we will not practice it. The stoning is in the actions of prophet peace be upon him (hadiths) but it was abrogated from the recitation only. You need to educate yourself and understand our methodologies if you want to get into the history and rulings. Will al die respect you don’t even know the types of abrogation or how we Muslims know a verse is abrogated or not.
