I'll have to try your technique sometime. I get way too hung up on lineart and details and using certain ehadow colours, but seeing you create so much depth with one layer of shadow and then doing the rest via rendering makes me really wanna try that too.

I’m so glad he got Zhongli’s character down, really got his likeness conveyed (ig it’s cuz they’re brothers). *He got both of their likenesses down, but I felt he really understood the type of character ppl like Zhongli for being; kinda stoic and doesn’t need to say much to almost have a commanding air. *Now that I think about it, that can apply to Ei as well, but you get my point, he just did a really good job on characters he knows little about; it’s a real talent and mastery to be able to capture that, especially since they have the same vibe but Ei is more older while Zhongli is more brotherly/kind (yk?).

It's always fun and fascinating to see Sam drawing although not all of us artists have them fancy drawing apps and drawing tool...like I bet few or some of us still use ibispaint x on our android phones and drawing with our fingers...so sometimes it feels so lovely to see a pro artist drawing sometimes or always using cheap art tools or art apps so it is more accessible to nood economy artist.
