Thank U Miss Belinda 💗💗 How about Symbio Solv Clear Plus & Capryl Capryl Glucoside???
@theinstituteofpersonalcare64013 жыл бұрын
No - symbio solv clear plus has several other materials present - it is not the same as straight capryl/caprylyl glucoside. To learn more about different solubilisers, and grades of materials, please study our Certificate in Advanced Cosmetic Science: personalcarescience.com.au/CosmeticScience/CertificateinAdvancedCosmeticScience-478/

Which is better for cosmetic formulations, Distilled water or purified water (reverse osmosis)? Please help
@theinstituteofpersonalcare64013 жыл бұрын
If all minerals/ions are removed and its free of micro-organisms, it is pure H2O ie the same thing.

At 4:33 you show that some of the Hostapon surfactants have an active content ranging from 25% to 33%, but what is the other 67-75%? Especially for actives couldn't that lead to misleading marketing for actives? These days you see products with 10% Azelaic Acid, while it's actually 10% Azeclair, so only 3% PAD and 7% water. Or products with 2% Retinol, while it's actually 2% vitAlease with an active content of 3.3%, so it's actually 0.066% pure Retinol and not 2%.

With surfactants, the remainder is water - this is how most surfactants are. Actives should only be marketed on packaging based on the actual active added in the formula. Please email us for the full formula and details: info@personalcarescience.com.au
