Good Video.. In slow motion, I found that there are 17 bogies including engine and it took 11 seconds to pass. If I take average bogie length as 23.54 meter, then it took 11 seconds to pass 400.8 meter. So the speed of the train is approximately 131 kmph..

Wrong, number of coaches were 16, length of each coach is 24.7m . Length of engine is 18.16m . Train took 10 seconds to pass. So, length is 413.36m, time taken, 10s. Therefore, speed is 41.336m/s or 148.8kmph.

with modern railway engines is it not possible to run a train in india with a speed of 180 km per hour on present track if we can than we do not need to invest hudge ammont on bullet train.

the trial runs that are currently taking place are for a semi bullet train, not a bullet, its the same locomotive that is going to haul that train as in this video. the tracks need to be upgraded for higher speed and the coaches, the loco can do higher speed easily. right now focus is on increasing avg speed by removing unnecessary halts due to political pressure and by fencing etc so that the train doesn't need to slow down unnecessarily :)
