Went through Rahu Mahadasha from 2002 to 2020. Capricorn Rahu in 12th house conjunct Venus. Worst time of my life. Gained everything I thought I wanted and lost everything. It was full of punishment, isolation, and trickery. It was horrific. The end of Rahu and start of Jupiter mahadasha has been cleansing and enlightening. Rahu showed me all the bad things so I can appreciate the true and good. Everyone going through Rahu - understand that it will take strength to come out of it, but in the end it will make you understand what you should be doing in your life.

@koala buoyala Yes, I understand completely. My Rahu mahadasha lasted from 12-30. My whole youth gone. Even a few years after it ending - I'm still trying to fix my life. However - if we study the mahadasha periods of the most successful people who had their Rahu mahadasha in their youthful years, they turn out to be resilient, wise, and resourceful, and success comes to them later in life. For example, Tina Turner had her Rahu mahadasha early and had great success at the end of her Jupiter mahadasha and through the whole of her Saturn mahadasha. There is always hope after Rahu, because once you survive Rahu, you can face anything.

@koala buoyala Rahu/mercury period was good for my career as mercury is one of my beneficial planets. The good and bad came in waves. Seeing as Rahu aspects Ketu for everyone, there is always an element of sudden changes and surprises during Rahu mahadasha. Consistency was absent, change was constant, and everything was confusing. Then again, my 4th, 6th, and 8th houses were aspected, so maybe the effects were amplified for me!

Mine started at 12. I’m 28. I feel like my whole life has been full of all those things you just said! It’s been so hard and when I was young I didn’t understand why. Im now in my Rahu-Venus anthardasha... Life is somewhat challenging but a lot of learnings. My Rahu is in the 11th house with Jupiter and Mars in Pieces.. Eventually I am an online English tutor but this is not my major in university which was IT. So far, I'm enjoying my work and I guess Jupiter is beneficial to Rahu. When I had my Rahu-Ketu, I travelled to 2 different countries and one was for work then I met someone who led me to spirituality. Well, it has it's pros and cons and it made my life very colorful.🙏

I've been in Rahu MD since 2006 and I have definitely been feeling confused, tricked, with lack of motivation and anti-social. Natal Rahu is conjunct my AK Jupiter in 11th House in Pisces. I've become very spiritual. It's actually my prominent quality, but I hide it from people because I have no one in my life who shares these interests with me. The gains I've had have been pretty modest 🙄. I'm also a Swati Sun and Mercury (6th House)

Rahu is in 10th house in Taurus alone (Leo Ascendant; Aries moon) in D9 chart, but in lagna (Saturn's house) in D10 chart. Lord of 10th house Venus is placed in conjunction with Mars and Mercury in Leo (the Ascendant house). My Rahu dasha ends in 2032 and by that time my age will be 49. My first incident is illegal relationship, but Lord Shiva brought me out of it after my attempt to suicide. My second incident is fight with Superiors causing loss of job. Third incident is shifting abroad for research job due to my greed for achieving more. Fourth incident is that I started feeling unsatisfied with whatever I achieve special in terms of money or education or growth. Fifth incident was that I am being projected or punished or questioned for what I didn't do. Sixth incident is that I am used and misused with no perks provided for my hard work. Seventh incident is my frustration with my job and my decision to quit the job and apply for new education, especially law courses.

Recite Soundarya Lahari sthuti. It has remedies for all problems. We can also recite Mantra Mathruka Pushpa Maala sthuti, which is also done by Bhagavan Sri Adi Shankara. If you are devoted to Sri Maha Vishnu, can recite Sri Vishnu sahasranaamam daily. Try to help in Gho Raksha - by donating towards cow rescue / doing service in goshalas in anyway...Also feed poor whenever such opportunity arises. That's because he can't. It depends on the placement in ones chart, aspects it receives, etc. Not all MahaDasha of Rahu will be experienced in the same way by everyone. So if you want to know what the actual Rahu Mahadasha will be like - look at what it's position in the natal birth chart signifies. Then during the Rahu MahaDasha, Rahus siginifications will be at it's strongest manifestation.
