✦ 레시피
4:31 마늘 4개를 편마늘로 준비해준다
5:09 양파 반 개를 썰어준다
6:42 삼겹살은 먹기 좋은 크기로 썰어준다
7:10 프라이팬이 달군 후 올리브유를 둘러 마늘을 익힌다
8:27 마늘이 어느 정도 익었을 때 삼겹살을 넣어 함께 익혀준다
8:58 청양고추를 잘게 다져 준비한다
9:19 삼겹살이 익는 동안 파스타 면을 삶는다 ( 1인분 | 500원 사이즈 )
9:47 삼겹살이 어느 정도 익었을 때 양파를 넣어 함께 볶아준다
10:08 양파가 어느 정도 익었을 때 다진 청양고추를 넣어 함께 익혀준다
10:55 파스타 소스를 만들어준다 ( 비율 | 간장2T, 설탕1T )
11:28 파스타면을 삶은 후 약간 설익었을 때 건져 프라이팬에 옮긴다
11:39 파스타면과 후 면수 3T, 만들어놓은 파스타 소스를 넣고 볶아준다
12:11 소스가 면에 베어들면 접시에 담아 후추, 파마산 치즈가루, 파슬리를 올려 마무리한다
