I honestly don't know if people get how brave this thing is. She is singing about being sexually abused and confronting it with both dark humor and unbridled sincerity. The scene of her shouting the final chorus through tears, covered in her own blood, and clutching a shovel. I was abused when I was very small. Every name on that list of abusers she sings lands in my heart like a lawn dart. This isn't just a song, it's a public service announcement made by someone who survived to joke about it. And cry about. And refuse hide about it. This is important.

Quite troubled by the meaning of this one, but I'm such a lover of her work. I think this is about a sexual assault from people she knew, and coming to terms with it after denying it for the sake of temporary relief, or possibly acceptance.
