Turkish soup, or çorba, is a term that covers a wide range of soups in Turkish cuisine. Turkish soups are usually prepared with grains, legumes, meat, vegetables, yogurt, or milk, and seasoned with various spices.
Recipe Ingredients :
Salt : 1 tsp
Black pepper powder : 1/2 tsp
Black pepper,Cardamom : 5 to6 , 1
Olive oil : 2 tbsp
Garlic chopped : 2 cloves
Onion chopped : 2 tbsp
Green chili chopped : 2
Carrot chopped : 1
Capsicum : 2
All purpose flour : 1 tbsp
Paprika powder : 1/2 tsp
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder : 1/2 tsp
spaghetti noodles : 1/2 cup
Chili sauce : 1 tbsp
Vinegar : 1 tbsp
Soya sauce : 1 tsp
Corn flour : 3 tbsp
Ketchup : 2 tbsp
Chopped coriander

merhaba Türk usulü demişsiniz fakat birazda hint usulü olmuş gibi. bizde şehriyeli tavuk çorbamızda soya sirke sarmısak olmaz kişniş yerine maydonoz kullanırız . baharat olarak sadece kara biber ve kırmızı pulbiber kullanılır. hastalandığımızda iştahsızlık nedeni ile hafif tadı sayesinde içimi rahattır içmeden önce limonla tatlandırılır. fakat çorbanızın lezzetli ve güzel olduğunu düşünüyorum deniyeceğim mutlaka😊
