I tried to do a little Samira Ult test. Because of her damage we needed targets with A LOT of HP. Keep in mind those champions - even without items still have decent armor. That would deal more dmg vs squishies. I'll let you judge what you think about this ability. It for sure is one of the strongest single ability in the game though. The combination of no CD + being able to crit + giving lifesteal + having crazy scaling makes it pretty strong. CC is best counter to Samira.

The only way to win with Pantheon is either if you are in low garbage elo where you play with apes and you can stomp everything OR you play him in high elo as a secondary support that uses macro with his ultimate+stun+ E combo to block towershots to towerdive and give your team the advantage. I main pantheon so I believe I am able to give a valid opinion on the state of the champion.

Doga Kupa True true. Not everything needs to have a counterplay. Also, if it is complicated it does not mean it is instantly good or broken or hard to balance. Things like Garen can absolutely become OP with one minor change (items or getting some good supports like Yummi) while having the simplest possible kit. It is simple, but nowhere near useless. And vice versa, Yasuo’s kit is so complex and viable in paper, but he still loses 99% of his top match-ups because others implied champions have more upfront survivability and damage while Yasuo damage works only under very limited conditions.

It's actually kind of a big deal for champs that don't have dashes or blinks in their kits, because even just the tiniest bit of movement speed can make or break things for them. I mean, I've been wishing for a +5 movement speed buff on Aurelion Sol for a very long time! (He has 325 base, which is awful for a champ like him.) But for Irelia or Kassadin, it's completely irrelevant. Cus they don't need movement speed to stick on people, or to dodge spells, or to maneuver into favorable positions.

P sure fiddle base damage of r is incredibly high which is part of why tank fiddle was so cancer, iirc its 1200 damage over the duration at rank 2, AND has aoe hard cc if it's a surprise ult. Kat ult is def weaker than this but mainly because most of Katarina's power budget is crammed into her daggers (where most of her damage comes from) and blink

@@Duong-zv3pf Fiddles R can blink through walls, and apply Fear to all enemies inside of it, it cannot be cancelled with CC and still does DMG while he’s invulnerable with Zhonyas. Katarina’s doesn’t heal her as much but applies the strongest heal reduction on the game on the champs it damages, and she just needs 2 resets and a couple of seconds to use it again, or 3 resets and literally press it again. Samira’s R 3 sec cooldown doesn’t mean much because she has to hit 6 abilities again to gain S Style again. As you saw in the vid, Vandiril couldn’t use her R again immediately after it ended/was interrupted and had to use all his abilities again before using it.

Toph Beifong Fiddle fear is coming from his Q and you need to not be seen by the enemy to actually get a 5 man fear that mean his ward is a saving grace for the ultimate. Kat ult has the best healing reduction but can be canceled right after she use it with cc and the reset is base on her passive she need to get a kill to be actually be able to be start the reset chain, with out the blinking and the dagger combo her ult wouldn’t be that easy to get to the full potential. Every champion strong side always need to base on their whole kit so let see about Samira. Alone her ult is aoe, had a heal, a short cool down the only thing hard is the rank system the moment the ult was use the movement speed buff will disappear but you can still move around try to not get hit, if it got canceled try to dash out, kite for 2~3s then it can be use again no kill needed you just have to hit them and dodge like what adc normally do. Now if we view it with her kit: She can go both mele and range so she won’t hesitate to dash in close She have a dash that reset all cool down on kill so she can just dash in kill the squishy then dash out She had a 360• wind wall so projectile cc won’t do anything to her so use it right before ult to prevent cc want they throw out to stop her when she dashing in so less cc use to stop ult So in team fight she can stack the passive on the tank dash in kill the adc then dash out, she won’t easily die because the ult already had a heal then she can do it again if she had mana because a aoe healing ult on 2s cool down work really well with the kit. She and Kat are almost the same but Samira can play it safer than Kat because she also range so she can kite them first then go in. And i doubt that the new champion will deal little damage and not overtune, she sure will a be able to 1vs 1 the usual adc so yeah imo her ult is broken until they might nerf her to the ground like the other new champ.

For more context on the second Ult: he was more or less perma CCed and alone while trying to get the ult,... I think considering the context pulling of the ulti in 8 sec is stupidly fast. (this wasn't the full lifesteal build) Her w allows her not to get killed by nearly every apc or adc for 1.2sec cause she's immun to projectiles. Don't act like this champion is hard to learn or understand every bronze player can play Lucian and if they can manage lucian they surely can manage Samira.

thornmails reduced healing only last for a second after being hit by a basic attack, spell dont count unless they proc all on hit effects like yasuo q. The reason she was able to heal that much was cause she didn''t auto for 1 second before using her ult and it dosent activate thornmails passive.

Regarding her strength via the state of the game, she seems a lot like Draven where she is a strong early and mid game champion with high snowball potential and then is weaker late game compared to other ADCs. reworked pantheon was so bad it needed 2 mega buffs to become playable, then they randomly decided to buff him another time, that's what made it broken. I feel like you should have done a test with realistic builds. You had armor pen when they had no armor and no armor pen when they had armor. So of course its gonna look like a ton of damage when you're basically doing true damage. Should have had a 4 item vs 4 item realistic test with 3 crit items and ldr vs 3 armor items and spirit visage.
