I'm not surprised they get depression, the pressure they put on themselves alone is immense, when you factor in representing your country, sponsors, funding, social media etc, it's much more than just being good at your sport 👍

Human always need to find the right balance between working hard ans having fun. Most olympic athlete only focus on their body and health wich is not sain.

i just comeback here cuz "Tori Bowie" An American athlete just died . reason she suffered from depression and that she had not posted anything on social media since 2019 , ;( RIP 🙏
