Yo thanks so much. Do you have advice on how to not lose focus while on the field, like not drift away.

This is such an interesting account, bro. You can’t see my face or my name because I made this email specifically to watch KZbin. But I wanted to say your videos are inexplicably incredible. You have unmatched wisdom, and seem to be able to talk about any topic regarding the mind with such thoroughness. Your content is aesthetically clean, it looks like you’ve taken pride in it, and it’s helped 10,000s of kids, I’m certain. Keep pushing, never stop.

is it normal to for the visualization to feel a bit forced at first? like just forcing your brain to think of the good and bad moments, and how do you actually picture the bad moments? can you give me an example(sports:football)

Long term goals are useless without short term goals, short term goals shows you that your making progress. It motivates you to keep going and once you reach that big goal it will be 10x more sweet. Thanks 🙏 👏

Hello, I have a problem. When it comes to match day my legs feel slow and sluggish and I don’t feel as athletic as I do when i have my training days. Do anyone know what I can do to get rid of this?
@SamMartinPeakPerformance2 күн бұрын
It sounds like match-day nerves or overthinking might be affecting your energy and movement. Try adding a consistent pre-game routine that includes light activation work and visualization to help your body and mind feel game-ready.

You should do a video on cole palmer and how not thinking too much/anything at all (playing and preparing off instinct or auto pilot respectively), either by choice or by being stone-dumb, can be benificial to performance. For instance Vardy climbed the leagues by just enjoying his football and working hard without much thought

Love this strategy! Another thing I like to do when things don’t work out the way I hoped is to ask myself “what is the lesson that can be learned from this less than desirable performance?” When the result is not what you’re going for, then it’s an opportunity to learn the causes for the bad performance and then figure out how to correct them or what training you can do to improve a previously unknown weakness you have.
