I ran into Sammie at the Auburn Octoberfest in 2022 while he was working with the Auburn PD. I remember asking him why he stepped away from football and, in his response, it broke my heart because I could tell he was mentally broken from all the things he had to endure. I’m super happy for the guy and wish him nothing but success because he’s such a great man and you can genuinely tell that he wants to have a positive impact on everyone he meets.

Question that should be asked, when you interview Sammie or any member of the 2013 team, what happened in that locker room at halftime in Baton Rouge? The team that played the 2nd half was totally different than the 1st half team. And the team we all saw the rest of the year. Something big happened at the half.

The talent they are building would of squeak out a win in these types of games. There's nothing special being built on the plains but lies..... 5-6 season that's me being optimistic. Freeze isn't the answer Payton is the answer o-line isn't the answer defense is mediocre. Pathetic
