I just stumbled across your video on KZbin and absolutely loving it! I’ve only been to Italy once and that was to Rome in 2015. I recently married and my spouse’s grandparents were born and raised in Sicily before moving to the US in the 1920’s. We were planning on a two week trip to Italy in the fall of 2024 with plans of visiting Rome, Tuscany and Sicily. After seeing this video, we know that we need to remove our plans to visit Tuscany, and maybe Rome, as apparently there is so much to do and see in Sicily. Thanks so much for a wonderful video. It's not Croissants, it's "Cornetti" (Plural), or "Cornetto" (Singular). The are alot of variants of it but the base taste, composition, and shape is different from french croissants. I'm Sicilian.

Hi there, we booked most of our accommodation through booking . com and in our food tour video there is a link to that food tour. I think they do make accommodation for dietary restrictions , you would just have to let them know. Of course there are tons on non seafood options all around, the food is incredible! Great video. My wife and I are planning a 2024 fall 4 week trip to Sicily so this will be helpful. Looked at your previous videos and see a few more that will be helpful for future plans..you both seem to like similar things as my wife and I. A possible trip for you both is the Andalucia region of Spain. We just returned from 3 weeks, visiting Granada, Cordoba (my second favorite city after Lisbon) and Sevilla. We did two final days in Malaga so I could chase around birds, I can never get enough bird photography in now that we are both retired, and then headed back home from there.
