Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade - Failing the Copy Protection (Lucasfilm Games - 1989 - EGA)

Failing the copy protection check in the Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade: Graphic Adventure. It puts the game into "demo mode" where you can still explore Barnett College and Henry's house but cannot leave the country or save / load a game.
This is the DOS - 1989 EGA release of the game - the copy protection check was removed in the later FM-TOWNS and VGA releases of the game.
