Great video, used to love the music in this game! Saturn didn't have many great games, but this was one of the few that it did and it's still one of the best racing games to date!!!

That's because Naofumi Hataya composeed the Saturn version of Sega Rally's soundtrack and Nights into dreams, he also did the Japanese Sonic CD soundtrack too

The Saturn version turned the people into blobs. If you load up the Nebula M2 emu and run the game, the people are surprisingly detailed. Well, they're obviously digitized photos of the staff(?) in various poses.
