Samphire Salad | How to make Samphire Salad | Sea Bean | Sea Asparagus

Hi everyone !
Thank you for watching this video . Today I want to share a Salad recipe of Sea Beans that we found and harvested right from the beach. They are sweet and spicy at first from the sauce, then savory and crunchy as you bite into them. When paired with the shrimp and scallops, which are tender when coated in the sauce, this dish becomes a wholesome, well-rounded meal suitable for everyone.
Ingredients :
Sea Beans : 1.5 lb
Shrimp : 12 oz
Mini scallops : 12 oz
Olive oil : 1/4 cup
Thinly sliced white scallions : 1/4 cup
Chopped garlic : 2 tbsp
Chopped red chilies : 2 tbsp
Sugar : 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper : 1/2 tsp
Habanero honey : 2 tbsp
Sriracha : 1 squirt ( about 1.5 tablespoon )
Fish sauce : 1/2 tbsp
Sesame oil : 1/2 tbsp
Rice vinegar : 2.5 tbsp

Hi Sun Flower, Thank you for swinging by. These sea bean I harvested at the beach in Washington state. Some grocery store do sell this but only occasionally. You can order it online and they ship to your home. Amazon may have it in stock sometime or you can google it, there will be some websites pop up too.
