It looks awesome! That's also a great idea to replace the Fog light with LED Flood light! Btw, where did you find black mesh product behind the grille? How could that not restrict you to open the hood handle leveler? If you sell some mesh product like that, i will also buy it! Any clue or link will be highly appreciated :)

I've done glass work all my life, I'm 60 now. Your Idea is fine, except I would have used 3/4 PVC Board. when you sand all the board with 180 but not overdue it allows most anything to stick to it well. Using wood after time the wood will sweat and start to rot from the inside just like the older wood n glass boats do. That is to you from the old man experience.

But the wood is cover with fiber glass plus primer plus paint. How will it get weed to get rotten

I’m going to try this with pvc fiber filler because the wood or this idea using wood the weak spot is on the smooth edge. I like the angry eye look. I thought maybe making out of a 3d plastic printer but it will not have that smooth transition as your final appearance
