You'll get much more lift when you attach yourself to one of the middle straps of the kite-thing. You'll know it works if it creates some drag when pedaling without wanting to flip. Keep attaching one strap further back until it starts wanting to flip. Then attach to the last one that didn't make it flip: that's your best attachment point
