Quick demo of a live DnB jam, using a Raspberry Pi 3B as a drum machine, Behringer Neutron for synth bass, and Korg Kaoss Pad KP3+ for extra effects.
Kaoss Pad is master MIDI clock. Arturia Keystep sequencer plays drums on Channel 1, keyboard plays synth on Channel 2. I've connected the VCA and Delay audio outputs from the Neutron to separate channels on my mixer, so I can EQ the delay line and send it to the KP for a fun 2nd stage delay effect.
The Keystep is configured such that the Pitch wheel affects Channel 1 (drums), but the Mod wheel affects Channel 2 (the synth's filter cutoff).

Welcome to Phazerville! I'm your host, Nick, aka DJ Phazer! I'm a music nerd from Michigan who makes weird noizes and overthinks everything! I grew up with Nintendo and Nickelodeon. I'm known in some circles for my beatbox skillz. I like to spin Drum & Bass and occasionally get lost in sound design and synthesis. You can expect a lot of DIY music tech here ;)
