KZbin recommended your channel. Looks like you have a deep backlog for me to check out! Xerjoff is a brand that I'm not really into. I've smelled at least 50 of them and most have this screechy backbone that I can't handle. I own 40 Knots and that basically is just because I got it super cheap and it smells a lot like Ambre Nuit.

Nice Video Daniel! I personally really like Xerjoff. My Siganture Scent is 40 Knots its like this woody, ambery, sweet, fresh and smoky type of scent and its complex too. Another favorite of mine is Ivory Route from the JTC Collection too. I totally agree whit what you have said about the brand, they are highly commercial and selling scents for a large mass of people. Right now I discover other brands like Francesca Bianchi, Meo Fusciuni and more

I like 40 knots a lot. To me the name of it fits with the scent profile, which is not a popular belief in the community.

@SeldomlyOften I get slight marine notes in the opening and I feel like I get some 'breeze' notes. Like a mint or whatever that is. I don't necessarily feel a minty cooling effect on skin, but I do get that scent. Really sells that 40 knots speed. I imagine it as a wooden boat going really fast then coming to a stop, so you feel the smell of the air moving really fast past you and then just the scent of the boat as it just sits in place.

Was waiting for this one. I have about 5 fragrances from Xerjoff. I do agree with you that some of these have a boring dry down. Probably going to get rid of golden green oud because of the dry down. Some of them just seem to disappear after a while. Keep up with this series!

I only tried Oud Maracuja and Hibiscus Mahajad, I liked those but they have a lot of synthetics in the body to boost projection to a massive degree. I need to sniff them again and I have a 1st impression video lined up with Oud Maracuja.

For the end of the year, I will stack with the pic of the hairy-chest man who won't wear mango sun lotion 🤪 Perhaps, if you like mango and you want a more masculine scent profile, try Bombay Bling! (Neela Vermeire): the perfumer is Douchafour. (Can't vouch for current formulation, but what I bought back in 2015/2016 was gorgeous). And I do really hope that in the 2nd part you will sample Cruz del Sur I! Cheers.

Great review and comments. I agree. I prefer Erba Gold over Erba Pura. Cruz del Sur II is great and Dua's Desire II inspired expression is great too. If you want a Xerjoff that's really great then try to get a decant of Dhofar which is incredible. Zefiro is also great and not standard.

Gold and Pure and pretty similar, I would not own either right now but I can appreciate the dna. Zefiro is one of the best Xerjoff frags in my opinion, I have it and love it.

Holysm smells like a soldering iron. Not a good or bad thing. Best of the group you have there is cruz del sur ii for me although feminine I like the sweet creaminess of it it's like a mango lotion. More than words is very nice when someone else wears it I didn't understand it in the beginning. I gave my bottle to my wife and she wears it all the time it is her signature.

I like the soldering iron reference, it kind of smells like that actually, with a green sharp feeling to it. I really re-evaluated MtW, I had dismissed it initially but it's a good fragrance.

I'm kind of half & half with Xerjoff. There are a few gems, but there are a Lot of crap too. I'd say every 4 or 5 is good or better. And due to the free bottle attack on youtube. My impression (along with a lot of people) is that the only reason Xerjoff is popular, is that a lot of reviewers give it unnaturally high scores because they get free bottles. I have a bunch myself, from the time i believed KZbinrs who review fragrances for a living, and i wear 3-4 out of the 8 i own. The rest is shelf garment. It's been a while since i smelled a Good new Xerjoff. I love Torino 22 and Tony Iommy Monkey Special. Torino 21 and Naxos is good too, and i sometimes wear Renaissances. But Renaissance is very synthetic and as i tried more fragrances in my fragrance journey, it became chemical and a little unpleasant to my nose. ❤❤👏🏼👏🏼

Love your channel! I have a suggestion. Make best *season* fragrance or best *note* fragrance videos to reach more people. I see many great videos on your channel, but they lack description in the title. For example comparing two fragrances is great, but add their purpose in the title so it's easier to find such videos.

Erba Pura è una delle fragranze che inganna tantissimo: parte con un cesto di frutta, per poi diventare una bomba di ambrocenide che impesta l'aria. Purtroppo, questo trend "in your face" sta distruggendo tutto, con sovradosaggi di materie sintetiche che, dopo qualche ora, prendono il sopravvento, facendo sembrare profumi costosissimi al pari di profumazzi da 20 € del discount. Per mia abitudine prima sento il drydown dal tappo e poi spruzzo, per limitare l'inganno delle Top Note😅

Un profumo potente è sempre emozionante ma concordo, usare sintetici per gonfiare la bolla a dismisura non è di mio gradimento. Quando dici sentire dal tappo intendi l'atomizzatore? Per quanto riguarda la muliette: fondamentalmente è un pezzo di carta, come lo metti lo metti. Io sono stato abituato a spruzzare sulla parte piccola per due motivi, uno per lasciare spazio per scrivere sulla grande e due perché utilizzare meno surface area quando senti tanti profumi è un pelo meno overwhelming per il naso. Ripeto, è sempre un pezzetto di carta...

Every day he would post the same comment …Day 45 of asking for a Xerjoff house review etc. It was kind of funny and eventually Omar, the channel owner made a video with some Xerjoff house reviews.

The best xerjoff is actually very limited & the only way to purchase it is to go to monaco. It's exclusive to the monaco store. Club de yacht it's a cherry fragrance it's so good!

Hi there from Israel. I am so glad to see the channel growing!!! I strarted watching it when we had a couple of hundrieds of subs, and not we are on the way to 10K. It pleases me that there are many people like me who appreciate REAL fragrance reviews (you can see it by the number of views and growing subs number). I already told you, to me you stand next to Robes08 as the best reviewer on youtube and believe me i've been around awhile. In one of your previous videos you mentioned something about investing in better equipment... well, save your money, everything is perfect!!!!! About the video itself - i agree with what you say about Xerjoff as a brand. I view them as a safe entry level brand with nice, strong fragrances, nothing really mind blowing or artistic but gets the job done. the bottles are amazing and so is the packaging and that's what you pay for.... I really wish you would cover more of Francesca Bianchi's fragrances (only reviewed a couple of them). Believe me stuff like Dark Knight, Sticky Fingers, Under my Skin, Lost in Heaven, will be greatly appreciated by you.... even if it's a speed dating video it'll be great! keep up the great work, I respect your work deeply.

Thanks so much for the continued support :) I shoot everything on my phone but my acquired skills allow me to make the best of that; I think I was referring to just better tools to free up production time as a whole, time that I can then re-invest into the channel. I have other Francesca Bianchi fragrances in my collection that I still need to cover, hang in there :)
