The main problems I have with the design is that Sonic's hands and feet are small, that he has no gloves, and his iconic shoes are completely gone. I have no idea what the eyes look like entirely, but I have a feeling no true Sonic fan is really going to fully appreciate it. Sonic's visual design is more recognizable to me than even the fact that he has super speed, which is why he's my favorite cartoon character of all time. Sega has made the same mistake by having someone else mess up the fundamentals of the Sonic the Hedgehog series just like they did when they outsourced and let Big Red Button develop Sonic Boom Rise of Lyric, and anyone dedicated to the series should know how terrible that game turned out, which made Sonic 06 look like a masterpiece.
