I do remember the criticism Taibbi faced during the metoo era, something about his actions during his time spent in russia during the 1990s. Perhaps Sam is correct in saying that such criticism broke Taibbi's brain. There is something incredibly strange about matt having to rely on elon musk for access, and possibly sourcing, for this story. I could be wrong but i could have sworn that Taibbi was in the "billionaires are bad" camp. What are the ethical implications? Its disconcerting to say the least.

The overarching point is that Twitter favored Democrats. To show us this, he tells us what Twitter censored at the behest of both parties, but only tells us specifics for one party.
