Whenever I did this achievement I always saved Jennifer from The Cult, then saved Kay, Kelly, Lilly and Janet from Jo, then saved Nick and Sally from the zombies. Escorted Nick to safe house. Then escorted Wayne and Floyd to safe house. And then returned to Entrance Plaza to save Jolie and Rachel. And this is how I got this achievement.

One of the things I think helps when you have a lot of survivors that are in your way when trying to enter the saferoom. Just remove the marker when you’re up on the platform, they all pretty much adjust themselves to follow Frank.

Jo mission and any mission before hand is the best time, afterwards, there arent many femlae survivors left good work on the video, y only critique is that sometime your voice is low, not sure if that´s me or you, but something worth pointing out

Audio balancing is a constant struggle for me voice ngl. I'm trying to make myself louder, but that's often me having a single take go on too long. Believe it or not, this was me raising my voice up to the max. While I'm still trying to work this out, I recommend watching my videos with headphones/headsets when possible.

I know this has nothing to do with the video, but is it me or the PC remaster changed when Gil appears during Day 3? He only spawned in the morning AFTER A Strange Group is solved AND its surviviors either dying or escorted. He also is still available after 5 am.

It depends on how quickly you get Kendal to the security room. Wait until 2 am to bring Kendal and Isabella inside, as that's Gil's unmarked mission. What's happening for you is likely getting him back too quickly, so the Gunshop trio spawn. they, along with the Cult hostages, hit the 8-survivor limit. so no Gil.

has anyone ever done fists only, no special moves, lvl1 start, save all survivors / kill all psycopaths while getting the best ending?

It's the no skill moves part that kills any interest I would have. That might be actually impossible due to time constraints (your firsts do almost no damage and bosses give very little room to attack). Even if this is possible, you're just fighting everything the same way. It strikes me as being every bit as boring as it would be tedious.

yea i agree, me and my friend did dead rising 2 OTR multiplayer together with this ruleset and it was fun, but dead rising 1 is very very different and much harder. maybe some skill moves should be banned if this challenge were to be a thing, and only allow certain ones that make the gameplay more interesting but yet still hard

@@JakeJakers the point of the challenge in dead rising 2 otr was because no matter what we did, we could beat the game. it seemed to easy, we even went on to a blindfolded run but we stopped halfway through because of boredom.

Like a Dark Souls challenge , you mean? :D Yeah I tried that back in the 360 days but I gave up pretty early. Not only do fists do minimal damage, but you have to run-in and out after every punch so you dont get hurt in the process. Not to mention it takes forever to down some bosses and the scoops will run out. Believe me, I would be very happy to see someone pull off that run ;) However, did a LLG run once. Killing as few zombies as possible to keep my level low. Mind you that Brock was nearly impossible to beat... but theres a trick.. 😎
