I am a woman, and have survived a home invasion. I carry daily after that trauma. Nobody will be able to protect me better than me. Most people don't know that court cases have determined multiple times that police have zero responsibility to protect you. Their only duty is to uphold the law. Even if they did, they usually arrive after the fact, not proactively. So, who else is supposed to protect me against a physically larger and stronger foe if I don't have that right?

I have silenced many of my gun control acquaintances on the topic by telling them gun control is misogyny and loved by predators. You want to strip women of the ability to defend against a stronger threat. It is also steeped in racism if you know the history. You support misogyny, rape culture and racism? Usually leaves people a bit speechless.

Does it make you uncomfortable to hear me be real about it? GOOD. It should. This is the reality of what you are taking away from women when you remove their ability to defend themselves. Please feel uncomfortable. I say it sounds to me like you don't want women to be able to defend themselves against sexual assault. Why is it that you are pro-predator and anti-women? I tell them how disappointed I am to know that they support ideas rooted in racism and misogyny and sexual assault. Does your wife know you support predators? End of the day, I don't care what your personal beliefs are. That does NOT give you the right to turn me into a victim. NEVER again. Honestly, I use trigger words against them because most people I know who support gun control are the same individuals who are all about naming and language. And it's the f-cking truth. If you support disarming women you are actually encouraging sexual assault.

Most definitely. This reactor can’t get over “the production of 60mega pixels” what I saw was a bad internet connection on the reactors side. Pretty sure iPhone 12 or 13 has a few more pixels than that. 😄 Tom Macdonald has all kinds of production going on. I can’t stomach his looks or voice. Both cause his message to never reach some people.

I bought my first gun when I was 17yeas old at the K-mart Sporting goods counter in Murray, Utah for $75 (Cash - we didn't have cards back then). No ID, no background check. Just cash on the counter. It was a Winchester Model 94, lever-action 30-30 carbine. It was soooo beautiful. Of course, with no gun control, the Salt Lake City metro was a real crime scene (not!).

Do you think if you watch movies and play games constantly were you’re in charge of killing or seeing people be killed that it doesn’t make it easier or condition you to some extent, sure it does. Don't be afraid to post videos featuring controversial views, especially those that you agree with. I fully appreciate that you shared this regardless of those concerns. Showing/voicing those fears only opens the door for those that oppose to come in with hate on full blast, rather than possibly having a civilized discussion about what you disagree on. My husband worked out of state for months and months at a time. It was just my young daughters and myself here, alone. We needed to purchase a firearm just in case....you never know who might come through your door intending to harm you or your loved ones. The thought of someone coming in and hurting my children or me in front of my children while we were helpless was too much for me. I slept so much better at night once we purchased our first firearm. Also, I purchased it at a gun show. The background check was so extensive that it went beyond the gun show and I wasn't even able to get it until a few days after the gun show had ended.

Everyone should be trained and understand firearms in the country... Singapore had virtually all thier fighting age males killed in WW2. The actual ocean turned red with blood. Now, every male joins, and learns to shoot. Proficiency training until 60 I believe.. Crime in Singapore is extremely low.. Wealth in Singapore is very high.. Every citizen can fight and shoot...

I live in Alberta Canada and I've been told its gonna be a 2 hour wait for a cop to come for a violent guy in my lobby so I had to get him out myself. And for a non violent but super loud and reckless house/ block grad party we called the cops at 11:30pm the cops didn't come till 3 am and woke us up with a phone call. the cops are about as reliable here as a meth head. so I very much agree with Samson on trusting these folks with my safety is not at all smart
