I have two samsung tv of the same model. One of it the display panel is spoilt but the speakers are still working. Can I add the speakers into the other TV and in total have four speakers?

Sure but you're going to have to cut the wires and spice them in. I found some living room decor boxes and hid them in those. and ran 10ft of wire to each. It beefed up the sound a little bit. I mainly used them in the garage as well as the LEDs for lighting. At least until the LED Flicker started to get to me. Then I just gave the LED lights to friends.
