I'm having exactly the same problem. I went into a Three Store today. They tried a new SIM card which didn't help (I knew it wouldn't). They told me to try phoning Samsung. I was on for a good hour. They remote accessed and tried everything. It still doesn't work. I have an important exam next week and have been revising on a personalised app. If I send my phone off, I wont be able to revise.

I updated last week says fast charging but takes hours to charge to 100% before took around 20 mins.

Yes and it's taking half a day to charge the phone with samsung charger and with another charger it goes like from43 to 66 in seconds and again stuck there
