1:45 this is not correct at least for the US version of the Jet AI. I bought the VCA-SBTA95/AA version. Even though this model battery fits on the vacuum and charges, the vacuum refuses to run. It displays "Use compatible battery" on the screen.

I went for just the bespoke jet. Didn't think the AI and the cleaning dock being able to self close being worth an extra £600.

Really bummed it only came with 1battery and that my old bespoke batteries won't work in the AI model. Also can't find the new batteries anywhere. Any idea when these will be a available in the US? Any chance there will be a software update to allow bespoke non ai batteries to work?

I called samsung parts (encompass) and the new battery is backordered. I was told to reach out at the end of november 2023 to check status. the battery is a bit over $300 dollars.

@@marctronixx thanks for the update. Man, that's really expensive and annoying that other countries get 2 batteries but the US model only gets 1.

agree. aslo the accessory stand they stopped selling. i ended up buying a new old stock from ebay from an aussie samsung distributor for 105 dollars all in. i wanted to have a standby battery as sen in this video but the standard batteries samsung sell right now are not compatible with the jet ai vacuum. so i returned the battery. also the beefier battery we have with the jet ai will not fit in the slot on the accessory stand, so i wasted money on buying a ac charger for the stand as well ( because you can charge the battery whilst its on the accessory stand). i do see here that there is a detached charging cradle for the beefier battery so maybe that will also be available once samsung release the battery for sale.i love the vacuum and the cleaning stand -- i was a major dyson fan for decades. i sold my v15 detect + to find the purchase of this and couldn't have been happier. its much more powerful than the dyson flagship model@@stevens1903

Totally agree. The OG Bespoke battery has the same specs and it's really annoying they nerfed it for the AI. I have the stand and noticed that the new one doesn't fit as well. Super annoying and could have been avoided. Not the most consumer friendly decisions. Maybe the US market just isn't a big focus for them regarding this item?! 🤷

Es wäre total super, wenn es auch eine Vorführung in Deutscher Sprache geben würde. Ein Video, in dem alle Teile auch genau erklärt werden.
