Hello, My issue is closer to the video but slighly different. The hand control lock has damaged. will need the open casement to change the spring . what can i do

Hi, Take off the door first, then take apart. Only a couple screws hold. Usually not the spring is damaged, but the plastic handle get used to be broken.
