We have recently bought this; it means it's second-hand, but the battery is completely new. It was fine the first time, but when we charge it now, it charges, but the last light doesn't turn on. It runs for a while and then slows down. The charger is not the same, maybe that's why there are issues. Could you kindly tell me the exact name and voltage of the charger? It might work. Or if you've identified any issues, please let me know. Thank you

Such a crap design, metal grinding on metal. Replaced 2 now in less than a year, is that normal or am i buying cheap crap bearings off ebay that wear out ridiculously quick? Cheers

Thanks for that. I cleaned my moms dryer out because it wasnt heating. It worked for one load (because id emptried the little tank) Then it didnt work. That rubber impeller was all broken up. So ive jsut oreder one.

The "Paddle" is called an "Impeller" for those looking for it and costs about £4 on ebay as of this posting. Super easy to sort, unless like a fool (me) youve raised up the tumble dryer and now have to get it down without spilling the water 😂

The scooter beeps because you have the select in neutral. TYRN KEY OFF, go to back of scooter and change the select from N to D and then turn key on and you'll be fine.

The noise is from the impellor. The motor works fine. No need to replace the whole pump? Can you not jist put a new inpellor on it?

Hi George, great video and helped me investigate my own Beko tumble dryer with the same issue. I didn't have a voltage tester to check the micro switch first so made a risky guess it was the pump that was broken. I ordered a new pump, fitted and tested but still not working so assumed it was the micro switch. I ordered a micro switch which arrived today and I've just fitted it along with the new pump and still the pump will not fire up. Do you have any other suggestions as to what the problem could be? I've seen in other videos it could be blocked pipes but surely this wouldn't stop the pump from working in the test setup without the pipes connected? Any advice welcomed as my laundry is piling up quickly with the cold weather!! Thanks :)

Great video. I have a load in the machine and door doesn’t open. E:18 error message. I have drained the hose but only drips are coming out constantly for past 2 hours. Filter cap will not budge at all even with pair of pliers. Does the water need to be drained before I can even open the filter cap, or should it open regardless?

I opened the back about a month ago and tested the elements, and only the low heat setting was working. I tried everything, then stumbled on your video, followed the details, and hey presto, it got the high heat running again. Can't thank you enough for saving me from wasting my money with a repair man or changing to a new dryer. 👍

There’s a thermal trip switch on the heater remove the kidney shaped cover on back you will see the heater box one of the black heaters top has a little push button in push back in ❤👍
