I have the above washing machine, ive had it over 5 years and its been amazing, its now only washing on the 15 minute cycle it seems once it heats up it stops and act like the drums stuck but absolutely free.

We have a Samsung WF90F5E5U that my wife has never been able to program re the Fabric conditioner program. She says the conditioner at center in the draw is always washed into the drum within the wash not at the end of the cycle. Please could you explain that cycle and how to program it ...... Have youmade a video of that becuase the instuction book is pathetic as usual in this digitat using age. I am a retired commercial heating engineer and have learned digital over the years since we were lumbered with that process! Using any digital programmer needs instructions so shame on thos emanufacturers who are guilty of neglecting their customers.... they ewxpect problems due to their lack of thought to be ironed out on you tube.... You are one in a million re your precise videos...... Samsung and all those similar should reemburse you for your essential help on this useful you tube?

you hold the rinse and spin buttons both at the same time until it deactivates the mute mode. the icon will disappear after doing this.

+Wasmachineman I wouldn't say that. But perhaps Samsung are blowing their trumpet. Wash results are no where near as good as Bosch, Electrolux, AEG, Miele, ect ect. Prefer AEG Electrolux and Bosch Siemens any day.
