Been using my new Samsung f34 5g phone since past 1 week and I regret buying it. There are lags in normal messages (not whatsapp) even after changing a gazzalion settings and messages dont arrive instantly like tbey are supposed to. I receive afternoon sent messages in the night. And another major major problem is my youtube videos are reluctant to play even on low video quality and buffers every 10 seconds and for long as well then will play for 5 seconds and buffer again for forever. I've even done the installing updates/ uninstalling updates, clearing cache, clearing data....nothing is solving the problem. The very first problem I had noticed was the build quality where the back panel is loose and makes a cheap plastic noise every time my fingers touch the back central part (but that I could live with)...I feel like smashing this piece of crap phone for my message and youtube problems which i dont know how to solve. Please respect your money and do yourself a favour and go with some other phone. P. S. Not a network connection issue as my other old Poco phone and my husband's both phones work fabulously. I should have upgraded to Poco itself (x5 pro) but now i'm stuck with this nonsense Samsung phone that seems to be not able to handle even basic things like receiving messages and playing youtube videos.
